DataEnabler has three layers: Platform (super admin), Tenant (customer) and Company (end users). Credentials are per-layer; roles and RLS determine module visibility. You must keep passwords and tenant subdomains confidential.
Tenant admins manage companies, users, roles, permissions and RLS policies from tenant.html. You are responsible for user provisioning, offboarding and data accuracy of invoices, POs and payroll within your tenant.
Plans (Standard/Pro/Enterprise) bill per tenant per month by seats, modules and storage as shown in register.html and Administration/plans.html. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at next cycle. Taxes extra.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. On termination, tenant may export data for 30 days via tenant console; then data is purged per retention policy. See Privacy Policy for handling.
Support via contact.html — <4h for demo requests, one business day for general. Uptime SLA per plan. Questions: legal@dataenabler.com.
